I baked mine for a full 12 minutes because when I tried just 10 minutes, they came out too cakey.. Depends how strong your oven is I guess...
And Chocolate Ganache Cupcakes...

I halfed the recipe for the ganache frosting because you don't even use the whole thing for the amount of cupcakes the batter makes... and it is VERY important to have your butter at room temperature when making these.. If not the cupcakes turn out really flat (they don't rise up too much to begin with)..
