Nutella Brownies...

So glad the weekend is finally here.. I've been on such a baking frenzy lately... but these brownies are so good... I had to restrain myself from taking another one..

I baked mine for 35 minutes 325 degrees... and used tin foil and used the Pam for baking spray...

Until next time...

Happy Saturday...

Happy Saturday everyone! So I finally decided to make these cookies... woke up at 9 am to do some grocery shopping... luckily it wasn't too crowded being the weekend and all... but I usually try to go early because it usually gets crowded later on...

Blueberries and Cream Cookies

I found that when you roll them in a ball and press them slightly flat the edges won't get too burnt... because when I just put the rolled dough on the cookie sheet (without pressing) the cookies came out burnt on the edges and under-cooked in the center... I usually test trail about 2 cookies before I bake a whole batch just to get a general idea of what the recommended baking time is and for what to do next time...

These are them on the cooling rack

It says to bake them for 15 minutes... but I ended baking them for 12-13 minutes... I guess it really depends how strong your oven is... and for the glucose it mentions as one of the ingredients... I used light corn syrup... They came out pretty good... well according to my mom anyway... I am so tempted to buy the momofuku cook book now... maybe I'll head to the book store next week...

Until next time...

Past Recipes...

Red Velvet Cookies

This is such an easy and quick recipe... It said to bake them 8-10 minutes... I baked them for 11-12 minutes or else they turn out too cakey...

White Chocolate Cherry Chunkies

Here's the recipe ---> http://www.foodnetwork.com/recipes/paula-deen/white-chocolate-cherry-chunkies-recipe/index.html

These were a hit with my family during the holidays...

Flat and Chewy Chocolate Chip Cookies

I added macadamia nuts instead of walnuts but they were just as good...

Snickerdoodles

Another really easy recipe... very simple...

Spicy Mac and Cheese

Recipe ---> http://www.foodnetwork.com/recipes/spicy-macaroni-and-cheese-recipe/index.html

I was bored on my day off and was watching "Best Thing I Ever Made" and just got up from the couch and went to the supermarket... I just used regular Monterey Jack Cheese instead of pepper jack... didn't really like the tiny pieces of pepper that stuck to your teeth... and if you want a little extra kick you can always add a little more cayenne pepper ;)

Ok well that's all for now... I'm going to try to make blueberry and cream cookies tomorrow if I feel up to it... until next time...
